He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father John Halfman; his wife Laura Jean Schaller (Church); his parents-in-law, Ferdinand and Caroline Schaller; his children, Bill, Mary and Natalie; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Evan, John, Jacob, Madelyn and Elliot. He was also cherished by 7 brothers in-law; 6 sisters in-law; 52 nieces and nephews and numerous great nieces and nephews.
