He was predeceased by: his parents, LaVerne "Slim" and Hazel Cunningham (Welch); his siblings, Mary Zemblowski (Pete), Larry "Pie" Cunningham (Pat), Joan Brown (Dick), Herb Cunningham (Linda) and Betty Nichol (Ken); his sister-in-law Lorreta Cunningham; his sons-in-law, Monte Shufelt and Dan Briel; and his grandson David Briel.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Mae Olds; his children, Sandra Magray (Doug), Debarah Shufelt, Perry Cunningham (Rhonda), Robin Cunningham (Deb), Patty Jo and Melissa Briel; and his siblings, Bill Cunningham (Peg), Linda Cunningham, Frank Cunningham, Kenneth "Red" Cunningham (Idella), Jack Cunningham (Sandy) and David Cunningham. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces nephews other relatives and friends.
