He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer Lotts and Helen Lotts (Nelson); and his brother Wilmer. He is survived by: his significant other Odetta Bresina of Bloomer; his children, Steve Lotts of Colfax, Mike Lotts of Chetek, Barbara Milz of Eau Claire, Debbie Fischer, Sue Hakes of Bloomer, Heidi Nandory and Deb Miles of Elk Mound; and his brother Dennis Lotts of Cadott. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and special friends.
