Gene H. Motley Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gene H. Motley (Bloomer, Wisconsin), born in Vandalia, Missouri, who passed away on May 22, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Earl Motley and Mary Lena Caldwell Motley; his wife Miriam Joyce Anderson Motley; and his brothers, Marvin and Don Motley.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Lea (Tony) of Decorah, IA, Mike Motley (Robin) of Duluth, MN, Judy Holmquist (Tim) of St. Louis Park, MN, Kay Motley of St. Louis Park, MN, Trinna Sweet (Steve) of New Auburn, WI and Joni Meyer (Layne) of New Auburn, WI; and his grandchildren, Andy, Ellen, Erin, Zach, Maria, Kelsey, Hannah, Emma, Lucas, Kyle and Seth. He is also survived by two great grandchildren; numerous other relatives and friends.
Donations are preferred to Dove Healthcare in Bloomer.
