It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Daken of Bloomer, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 30, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Daken and Theresa Daken (Zwiefelhofer); his wife Mary Daken; his siblings, Leo, Robert Daken, Caroline Peterson and Rose Turner; his great grandchild Kayden Olson; and his son-in-law Tom Toutant.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Toutant of Chippewa Falls, Nancy Calhoun (Al) of Bloomer, Lisa Plenge (Rod) of Bangor, Debbie Dorsey (Donnie) of Fort Worth, TX, John Daken of Bloomer, Donald Daken of Bloomer, Steven Daken (Renee) of Bloomer and Michael Daken (Rita) of Cadott; his grandchildren, Nick Daken (Ericka), Jessica Toutant, Jennifer Lee (Joe), Joe, Chad Calhoun, Shane, Jeff, Kayla Daken, Alex and Seth Plenge (Makinsey Schmidt); and his sister Lucille Nowak. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
