He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Dorazio and Sophie Dorazio (Zablocki); and his siblings, Leonard Dorazio, Frances Smith and Barbara Kendall.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Anderson-Sampson; his son Michael Dorazio (Amanda) of Bloomer, WI; his stepson David Sampson; and his grandchildren, Gwynevere and Ronin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
