He was predeceased by: his parents, Burnette Severson and Mildred Severson (Pederson); and his brother Randy. He is survived by: his wife Mavis Judd; the mother of his children Mavis; his children, Pam Sorensen (Scott) of Lake Elmo, MN, Randy (Denise) and Gary of Davenport, IA.; his grandchildren, Shaelyn, Peyton Sorensen, Alexis and Jaron Severson; his stepgrandchildren, Andrea and Jarrett Winder; and his siblings, Joanne Price (Jim), Karen Boll (Al), Dennis (Betty Lou) and Burnie (Louann). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
