The memory of Kathy Leone Smith of Blanchardville, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 29, 2024 at the age of 76, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Dean and Geraldine Rae Wilcox (McCulloch). She is survived by: her husband Bill of Blanchardville; her children, Julie Dochnahl (Grant) of Blanchardville, Chad Smith of Middleton, Amy Christen (Nick) of Monticello and Adam Smith (Katherine) of Bondurant, Iowa; and her grandchildren, Emily, Evan, Elizabeth, Olivia, Georgia, Hazel, Levi and Walker. She is also survived by cousins who were like brothers and sisters.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials in Kathy's honor.
