It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bertha Willborn (Blanchardville, Wisconsin), born in Monticello, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 16, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Lester; her daughter Pam Colson; and her sister Klara. She is survived by: her parents, Swiss Bruehlman and Gustav Bruehlman; her children, Karen Bogenschneider (Neil) of Verona and Steven Willborn (Elizabeth) of Lincoln; her son-in-law Jim Colson of Blanchardville; her grandchildren, Bret Bogenschneider of Vienna, Ross Bogenschneider of Tokyo, Emily Willborn (Abdallah Zihni) of New York, N. Y., Cassie Perenchio (Matthew) of Norwalk, Anne Willborn (Michael Trestman) of Oakland, Jane Willborn of Seattle and Cameron Colson (Jazmin) of Sheboygan; her siblings, Ida Gerber of Monroe, Liz Johnson of New Glarus, Gus Bruehlman (Marcia) of West Frostproof and John Bruehlman (JoAnne) of Argyle; and also Klara Bruehlman (Bauman). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be donated and checks sent to the Iowa County Humane Society or the American Cancer Society.
