He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Nyen and Lillian Nyen (Walsted); and his siblings, Lou and Steve. He is survived by: his daughter Robin Gardner (Mitch); his siblings, David Nyen (Marie), Jim Nyen (Sue) and Lori Reismann (Todd); and his sister-in-law Marsha Nyen. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Rest Haven Cemetery. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 1:45 PM to 5:00 PM at the Off Broadway Bar.
