He is survived by: his former wife Dawn Meeker; his wife Kandace Johnson; his sons, Grant (Amy) and Kendall; his siblings, Bill (Vickie), Steve (Dawn), Dave (Wendy) and Lois Bires; his mother-in-law Karen Johnson; his stepsons, Jason and Justin Madsen; and his goddaughters, Grace Johnson, Tava Hornberg and Bristol Bishop. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
