He is survived by: his wife Donna Flaaten Bettin; his sisters, Beverly Quarne (Eldon) of Blair and Belinda Anderson (Jerome) of Blair; and his sisters-in-law, Florence Shelley and Joann Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
