She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Swanson and Margarette Swanson (Schulte); her sister Shirley Larson; and her son Steven Shefelbine. She is survived by: her husband Mark Shefelbine; her children, Joel Shefelbine of Holmen, WI and Renee Eide (Dean) of Menomonie, WI; her grandchildren, Steven Shefelbine, Jr. (Laura), Heath Shefelbine, Garrett Shefelbine, Jeffrey Shefelbine, Stacey Schemmer (Jonathan), Kristie Dingeldein (Andrew) and Michael Shefelbine; and her siblings, Joyce Smith of Birnamwood, WI, Marjorie Rein of Mosinee, WI and John (Deanna) Swanson. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (1900 Bainbridge St, La Crosse, WI 54603).
