He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Anderson and Evelyn Anderson (Evenson); his brothers, Ralph and Dennis; and his siblings-in-law, Jessie, Roseanne, Nancy, Roger Dahl, Ralph Wood and Carlyle Helsted.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Johnson; his daughters, Deb Andres (Ron), Dawn Corcoran (Kevin) and Sarah Slaby (Rick); his grandchildren, Michael (Jalissa), Cory (Tracy), Brad, Megan (Randy), Olivia, Claire, Shane, Blake and Celia; his siblings, Charolotte Dahl, Phyllis, Norma Conrad (Gayle) and Diane Gaddy (Mark); and his siblings-in-law, Donald Johnson (Ann) and Janet Helsted. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
