She is survived by: her children, Richard Johnson (Tracy), Philip Johnson, Becky Kibler (Bill), Peggy Cook (Kevin), Vicky Chandler (Tom) and Maria Burlingame (Tim); her grandchildren, Misha Shramek (Jeremy), Nicholas Kibler (Elizabeth), Daniel Reynolds (Adam), John Cook, Skyler Cook (Susan), Shantylle Kibler, Sean Cook, Jacob Johnson, Steven Cook and Justin Cook; her great grandchildren, Emily, Haylli, Lindsey, Jayce, Aleda, Emma and Lord Finesse; her siblings, Calvin Hanby (Jeannie) and Faye Urbanek (Bob); and her pet Precious.
