She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Gates (Brian); her grandchildren, Christopher Gates (Vanessa) of Madison and Kendra Gates of Chicago, IL; her great grandchildren, Brycen and Theodore Gates; her sisters, Katy Johnson of San Antonio and Mary Lynn Smith; and her brother-in-law Gerry Callihan (Becky).
