She is survived by: her nephew James Skutley (Diane); her grandchildren, Roy Crutchfield (Barbara) of Hawthorn Woods, IL and Kimberly Crutchfield; and her great grandchildren, Dustin Martin, Katherine Wallace (Larry), Matthew and Elizabeth Crutchfield.
