She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Greengrass and Bessie Youngbear; her husband William P. Blackdeer; her children, Adrienne and Aaron; and her grandson Dalton.

She is survived by: her sons, Bruce Blackdeer and Christopher Todd Blackdeer (Verna); and her granddaughters, Joanne, Christine, Mariah and Felicia.
