She was predeceased by: her grandfather Harold Hill Sr.; and her great-grandparent Annabelle Winneshiek Lowe. She is survived by: her parents, John Daniel Roybal and Annabelle Mildred Hill; her siblings, John, Joanna, James, Jacob and Ryan; and her grandchildren, Julia A. Littlewolf, Choka Norman Snake Sr., Larry Waube, Jodi Waube and Harry Hill. She is also survived by relatives, aunts, uncles and cousins.
As her disabilities progressed and she was confined to a wheelchair, Justine continued her education through special classes up until Covid hit in March 2020.
