She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Babcock and Victoria Babcock (Binzer); her significant other Benjamin F. McNeely; her daughter Patricia; her siblings, Arlie Babcock (Phyllis), Merlin Babcock, Freda Pontario Searle and Vivian Ruswinkle; and her brothers-in-law, George Desnoyer, Glen Finch, Mike Pontario, Loren Searle and Arthur Ruswinkle.
She is survived by: her children, Steven McNeely (Maria) and Carol Diehn (Steve); her grandchildren, Kimberly Ahnen (Paul), Tyler McNeely, Daniel Diehn (Heather) and Kelly Emigh (Bradley); her great grandchildren, Benjamin, Jenna, Bethany, Laura, Madeline, Bailey, Meredith and Caden; her great great grandchildren, Easton, Payten, Raelyn, Jamison, Reagen, Avery and Bryer; her sisters, Irene and Muriel Finch; and her sister-in-law Janet Babcock.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions and precautions, there will be a Private family graveside service for Irma in the near future.
In lieu of flowers or plants, memorials in Irma's name should be directed to the Black River Falls United Methodist Church or Inter Faith Churches.
