It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel A Peters (Black River Falls, Wisconsin), who passed away on April 27, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Abbott and Harry Peters; her husband John T. Hughes; her grandson Chad Propst; and her siblings, William, Harrison, Royal, Harold, Percy, Robert, Stanley, Melvin, Elizabeth Berry, Louisa Johnson and Vernie Jean Marquardt.
She is survived by: her daughters, JoAnn Palchik of Madison, WI and Diana Hughes of Madison, WI.; and her grandchildren, Bryan, Brad Palchik and Heather Propst. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren: 4 great great grandchildren; and numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
