He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis J. Burnham and Phyllis E. Burnham (Fish); and his siblings, Linda Burnham and Robert Burnham. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie L. Tucker; his children, Heather Winchell (Greg Wagner), Dawn Smith (Jared) and Daniel Burnham (Ashley Huber); his grandchildren, Zach Winchell, Riley Smith, Emily Burnham, Somer Langowski and Isaiah Burnham; his siblings, Randy Burnham (Rita) of San Jose, CA, Ron Burnham (Donna) of Sparta and Pam Shumate (Sam) of Fennimore, WI; and his pet Ginger. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are respectfully preferred to Black River Falls Hospice or St. Jude's Children's Hospitals.
