She was predeceased by: her parents, Harmon Horn and Evelyn Van Horn (Wensel); her husbands, Donald Sheffer and Otto Jelinek; her sister Vivian Esser; her son-in-law Daniel Milnthorpe; and her great grandchild William.
She is survived by: her children, Nicki Kast, Jeff Sheffer (Kim), Diane Milnthorpe and Dale Ann Bohac (Jan); and her grandchildren, Jerri Sue, Wade, Tim, Steve, Megan, Jennifer, Caitlin, Kaleb and Gabriel. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, and 10 great great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Hatfield EMS and Fire Department and St. Croix Hospice of Black River Falls.
