Clara Smetana Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2024, at the age of 87, Clara Smetana (Black River Falls, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wendell Schlautmann and Theresa Schlautmann (Lauby); her husband Paul Smetana; her siblings, Rita Lubken, Barbara Schlautmann, Lucy McMahon and Albert Schlautmann; and her siblings-in-law, Bernard Smetana, Wil, Ike Miles, Tom McMahon, Willie Lubken, Mary Schlautmann, Elaine, Mert Schlautmann and Irene Smetana.
She is survived by: her brother Louis Schlautmann of North Dakota; and her in-laws, Joseph Smeta, Genevieve Smetana, Jim Smetana (Rosie), Lois Smetana and Rita Miles. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers that memorials be made out to the St. Joseph PCCW (Parish Coun cil of Catholic Women).
