Chloris left this world on November 6, 2024 at the age of 96, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mabel Davis and Martin Lowe; his grandparents, George Lowe, Lena Decorra, John Davis and Minnie Pigeon; his wife Anita; and his siblings, Clifford, Raymond, Truman, Arvina, Irene and Mildred.
He is survived by: his children, Chloris Jr. (Christine), William (Rebecca) and JoDeen; and his grandchildren, Chloris III, Kjetil Garvin (Henning), Abigail Lowe, Ashley Buntova, Avery Lowe and Allison Lowe. He is also survived by 12 greatgrandchildren and many other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Hospice Touch of Tomah WI for their kind care in the final days.
