He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Stein and Adeline Stein (Stenulson); and his wife Jean Staffon. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Hanson (Cory); his stepson Rod Larson; his grandchildren, Aaron Becker, Nathan Becker, Alex Larson and Emily Roman; his brothers, Roger Stein (Sandy) and Fred Stein (Marietta); and his brothers-in-law, Rodger Staffon (Joan) and Bernard Staffon (Betty Ann). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Memorials may be given to the Squaw Creek Cemetery or Black River Memorial Hospice.
