With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Simonson of Black River Falls, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 25, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Goodwin Nelson and Agnes Nelson (Strand); her husband Leonard W. Simonson; and her siblings, Gordon, Wayne Nelson and Joyce Joten.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Olson (Jim) and Wanda Hutchings (David); her grandchildren, Travis Dolesy (Katherine), Justin Dolesy (Erin), Jesse Lien (Jessica), Joel Johnson Jr., Cole Johnson (Marie) and Brittany Dissmore (John); her great grandchildren, Jordan, Tre, Kaitlin, Rogan, Blake, Preston, Lexi, Macey, Cooper, Gavin, Sawyer and Lilli; her brother Roger Nelson (Lola); and her in-laws, Phila Nelson, Dorothy Nelson and Johnny Joten.
