She was predeceased by: her parents, William Payne and Alberta Payne (Sopher); her husband Vernon Hill, Sr.; her siblings, David Payne, Edward Payne and Linda O'Leary; and her children, Timothy Hill and Cynthia Hill.
She is survived by: her siblings, Kenneth Payne, Frank Payne, Randy Payne, Diane Wolfe, Lydia Pinnon, Debra Triana and Rebecca Wolfe; her children, Barbara Burlingame (Anthony), Sandra Hill, Vernon Hill, Jr. (Shannon) and Richard Hill (Jen); her granddaughter Brandi Burlingame; and her great grandchild Caleb Burlingame. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
