She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Salava Sr.; and her sister Judi Ann Kelley. She is survived by: her mother Judith Salava (Boughton); her husband Michael Sutcliffe; her children, Heather Watkins, Tricia Sutcliffe (Ben Bushie), Hannah Sutcliffe, Kyle Sutcliffe and Jacob Sutcliffe (Tia); her grandchildren, Danny Watkins, Zach Watkins, Dylan Sutcliffe, Wyatt Sutcliffe and Leah Sutcliffe; her brothers, Joseph Jr. Salava (Lisa) and Marc Salava (Heidi); her in-laws, Dennis and Donna Sutcliffe; her siblings-in-law, Sheila Schultz (Jonathan), David Sutcliffe (Pam), Scott Sutcliffe (Sherry) and Michael Kelley; and her grandchildren, Paige and Logan Hooks. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Sally's name to New Heights Lutheran Church Kitchen Fund or the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
