It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph M. Neubauer (Black Earth, Wisconsin), who passed away on October 5, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his children, Christopher (Maribel) of Chicago and Lisa (Marty Morin) of Mount Horeb; his granddaughters, Shayla, Jacey and Emilia; and his wife Suzanne.
