He is survived by: his mother Nancy Doyle-Norslien; his children, Billie and Bailey; his siblings, Mike, Tommy and Debi; and his aunts, Betty Richbourg of South Carolina and Mary Zantow of New Glarus. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to an animal shelter or humane society in his name.
