She is survived by: her spouse Willard "Bill" Maik; her daughters, Judy Urness (Jon), Jane Schultz (Phil) of Black Earth and Christy Maik; her grandchildren, Adrian Maier (Kristin), Black Earth and Britta Urness; her great grandchild Taylor Maier; her sisters, Joyce Wathke and Lorraine Kromrey; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Tumm, Hazel Tumm, Vivian Tumm, Delores Kuehn (Milton), Janice Kaeding (John), Erick Kromrey and Ray Maik (Phyllis).

Elmira "Myra" Anna Maik, age 86, died on Friday, July 27, 2018, after struggling with Alzheimer's Disease for several years.
