We are sad to announce that on March 17, 2023, at the age of 85, James Robert Baxter of Black Creek, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Almond Baxter and Dorothy Baxter (Miller); his wife Arlene Brandt; and his siblings, Duane Baxter and Beverly Marcks.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Wellhoefer (Bruce), Mark Baxter (Lauren), Steve Baxter (Tina), Rob Baxter (Katie), Perry Baxter (Betsy) and Danny Baxter (Crystal); his siblings, Marie Nowell, David Baxter, Ernest Baxter, Donald Baxter and Randy Baxter; and his sisters-in-law, Vickie Brandt and Carol Brandt. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
