Elaine C. Schmidt Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2020, at the age of 89, Elaine C. Schmidt in Black Creek, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Jack; her sisters, Althea Peters, Margaret Mayer, Shirley Baeten and Marcella Spreeman; her sisters-in-law, Jean Spreeman, Elaine Spreeman, Sally Spreeman, Beulah Spreeman and Marie Spreeman; her brothers, Carlyle Spreeman and Earl Spreeman; her brothers-in-law, Floyd Peters, Eugene Baeten and Levi Mayer; and also, Booker and Pooch.

She is survived by: her children, John William Schmidt, Jodie Groeschel (Tony), Jo Ann Schmidt and Jacqueline Keberlein (Elmer); her grandchildren, Jacie Groeschel (Phil Weber), Nicholas Groeschel and Duncan Keberlein; and her brothers, Verlyn Spreeman, Eugene Spreeman (Della) and William Spreeman, Jr.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

A more public celebration of Elaine's life is anticipated to be held in 2021 once COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in Elaine's name.
