He is survived by: his wife Maria; his brother Rick Hulm (Karen); his nephew Logan Hulm; his niece Ashley; his stepdaughter Jasmin Davis (Andy); his stepgrandchildren, Kalika Remter, Haven Deddering and Kerian Shukoski of Wisconsin; and his pets, Piper and Sibley.
