It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Michael Dorn of Black Creek, Wisconsin, born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 23, 2022, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Charles Dorn. He is survived by: his mother Carol Dorn (Palubicki); his close friend Sandi Allen; his children, Dawson Dorn and Lettie; his siblings, Lynn Huebsch (Rick), Lisa Story (Mike), Tom and Dean Dorn (Tammy); his pets, Bella and Gracie; and also Levi Allen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends.
