She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Brandt and Jessie Brandt (Baxter). She is survived by: her husband James Baxter; her children, Cindy Welhoefer (Bruce), Mark Baxter (Lauren), Steve Baxter (Tina), Rob Baxter (Katie), Perry Baxter (Betsy) and Danny Baxter (Crystal); and her sisters, Sharon Herceg, Vickie Brandt and Carol Brandt. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
