He is survived by: his sister Gertrude Matzke of Birnamwood; his nephews, John Carlson (Phyllis) of Birnamwood, Cordell, Austin, Jaxson, Carissa, Aidan, Kaitlyn and Ryker; and also, Jeremy Carlson (Kristine) of Birnamwood, Jason Carlson (Heather) of Birnamwood and Jordan Carlson of Birnamwood.
