She was predeceased by: her parents, Roman Stoltz and Angeline Stoltz (Ostrowski); her husband Conrad Cieslewicz; and her siblings, Richard Stoltz, Marie Tryba (LeRoy) and Henrietta'Hankie'Stoltz.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Damask (Chris), Michael Cieslewicz and Jason Cieslewicz (Jody); her grandchildren, Brandon Damask (Rachael), Melanie Wiskow (Andrew), Isabelle Cieslewicz and Carter Cieslewicz; her great grandchildren, Kaidyence, Adleigh, Jaxcyn, Royal, Bodee and Reese; and her sister Eileen Milanowski (David).
