He is survived by: his brother James "Jim" Miller (Kathy); his nieces and nephews, Jamie Gardner (Chris), Jennifer Nowak (Robert) and Jessie Miller; and his stepdaughter Rachel Rasmussen. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
