Alma Opal Albrecht Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 8, 2024, at the age of 92, Alma Opal Albrecht of Birnamwood, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Clay (Herman) and Edith Clay (Meeks); her former husband George Henry; her husband Herman O. Albrecht; her daughter Barb; her grandson Billy; and her siblings, Frank, Richard, Earl, Vivian, Ella, Grace, Jean, Blanche, Gladys, Violet and Marie.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Henry (Deb), Kathy Straw (Erro), Gail Reid (Jim), Margie Peterlick (Mike), Georgie Henry, Bobbie Lutzow (Dan) and Austin James Clay; her stepsons, Pat Albrecht (Cathy), Larry Albrecht and Dale Albrecht; and her close friend Margie Behm. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Faith United Church of Christ (628 Clermont St, Antigo, WI 54409). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
