It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan J. Hoff of Birchwood, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 25, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Allen Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Eric Johnson (Magdalen), Cory Johnson and Kirsten Stewart (Joe); her grandchildren, Jack Stewart, Josh Stewart and Camille Susan Kellogg Johnson; her sister Kathy Fournier (Butch); and her husband Gordon Hoff.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church (Bloomington IL) and the Community Cancer Center (Normal IL).
