He was predeceased by: his son Scott (Melissa); and his parents, Arthur Wojtczak and Bridget Wojtczak. He is survived by: his wife Harriet; his son Doug (Lori); and his siblings, Mary Ann Malachowski, Elaine Wojtczak and Paul Wojtczak.
