It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen Jean Knobel of Big Bend, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 30, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reinhard Henry and Henrietta Mary Wolter, Sr. (Fortmann); her husband Thomas Lee Knobel; her son Tim Knobel; and her siblings, William Wolter, Richard Wolter and Elizabeth Schumacher.
She is survived by: her daughter Mellody Giese (David); her daughter-in-law Anne Knobel; her grandchildren, Michael Stevens, Jake Knobel, Logan and Braden Giese; her great grandchildren, Beau, Kash, Drake and Kimber Stevens; her brother Reinhard Wolter, Jr. (Carole); her sisters-in-law, Donna Niles, Marilyn Jump and Betty Wolter; and her friend Pat Merkt. She is also survived by numerous other friends, nieces and nephews, and other relatives.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, donations in Helen's name can be directed to St. John's Lutheran Church.
