He was predeceased by: his wife Joan; his parents, Harold and Dorothy; his siblings, Audrey Paul and Jim; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Ann and Gerald Gillette.

He is survived by: his children, Jane Siverly (Keith), Mike (Bonni) and Tim (Kathy); his grandchildren, Jen Hill (Jake), Sara Flister (Matthew), Katie Siverly, Emily Danell (Justin), Alyssa Schwede (Adam), Amy Chudy (Noah), Michelle and Megan; his great grandchildren, Gwendolyn, Benjamin and Esme; his sister Bonnie Calderon (Rich); and his brothers-in-law, Jerry Paul and Darrell Gillette. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Gerald H. Boldt, age 83, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on May 1, 2021 after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's.
