It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Parsons of Berlin, Wisconsin, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 28, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter K. Parsons, Sr. and Elizabeth Louise Matilda Bostwick; his wife Lucylle Elaine Frick; his sister Jean; his brothers-in-law, Bertine Toll and Karl Rockhoff; and his son-in-law Larry Tjugum.
He is survived by: his children, Lyanne Bellin (James) of Lafayette, Yvonne Tjugum of Lake Mills, Roxanne Morrissey (Jay) of Franklin, Elaine Meier (Bruce) of Monona, Glenn Parsons (Ann) of Galena and Blain Parsons (Angela) of Watertown. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and numerous friends.
