He is survived by: his wife Tootie; his children, Lisa Grutzmacher and Frank Nitzke (Lori); his grandchildren, Katelyn Cox (Jason), McKala Nitzke, Joshua Nitzke, Aaron Grutzmacher, Amber Grutzmacher, Lucas Grutzmacher (Clara Syring) and Brandon Hale; his great grandchildren, Leighton and Raelyn Cox; his sister Joanne Carlovsky; his nieces and nephews, Jonna, Sam (Ruth) and Benjamin (Tammy); his brother Harris "Butch" Nitzke (Carol); his nieces and nephews, Joel (Tina) and Jamie (Mark); his brother-in-law Clifford "Bud" Kalupa (Fran); his nieces and nephews, John (Chris), Bernie, Tessie (Sterling) and Katie (Mark); his sister-in-law Valerie Jean Sprague (Ray); his nieces and nephews, Jan (Kurt) and Scott; his brother-in-law Daniel Kalupa (Jean Ann); and his nieces, Anna (Nick) and Julie (Trevor).
