He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Chadwick and Mary Lou Barnes Chadwick. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Nummerdor; his sister Pamela Dunn; his sister-in-law Annelle "Nel" Greening; his niece Dawn Hacker (Frank); his nephew Tim Greening (Brandi); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Joel Hacker, Rachael, Noah Hacker and Zoie Greening.

Memorials may be directed to Grace English Lutheran Church.
