She is survived by: her sister Darlene Sierakowski of Berlin Wi; her children, Mark Cujak (Zoe) of Lexington, SC, Virginia Laurusevage (Leonard) of Mahanoy City, PA, Christina Cujak of Berlin, WI, Thomas Cujak (Amanda) of Rogers, AR, Sara Cujak of Fond and Lac; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Ben Cujak, Marshall, Lucas Laurusevage and Rachel Walker. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
