She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicolas Ulrich and Lilian Ulrich; and her husband Ronald Tolbert. She is survived by: her children, Pauline Martoglio (Stan), Berlin, Destiney, Seth, Kelby, Linda Vista, Ashley, Chase, Penny Swinney (Jeff) and Rockford; her great grandchildren, Natalie, Jordan, Alexandra, Zacharia and Ensley; and her siblings-in-law, Judy Wentland (Don), Kathy Baughman (Leo), Pam Mohr (Jeff), Jim Tolbert and Rolla Jr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
